    Three visits in a row with subpar to downright terrible service.   The food is fantastic and the only reason I come back but I think I will just get it to go next time.  
    The last visit after delivering boxes our server vanished for 15+ minutes while we were waiting to pay and leave.  I nearly walked out being tired of standing there with my kids.  Really need to work on service aspect at least in the family side where you have the little girls waiting on tables

    They don't take reservations even for a group. The server forgot my dinner. it was an experience I wish not to have again

    I've just spent over an hour here eating literally just appetizers for two people. Our waitress was terrible. She forgot pieces of our order multiple times and we had to ask for boxes at least three times before getting them. She didn't refill our drinks either. They weren't that busy. The food that we used to get from Mammas before they just merged with Pappa's was nowhere near as good. The restaurant was not that busy, but yet we still hardly sW our waitress even though there were many people working. We still tipped but I will not be coming back.

    Slow service, waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu or daily specials  We waited for 25 mins just to see our server again.   Needed to speak with the manager just to get our food...  I will go elsewhere next time.
